Company dinners, client hospitality, board meetings or team rewards… A corporate yacht charter in Istanbul takes your event out of the hotel ballroom and onto the Bosphorus. The yacht is reserved for your company only, and your guests cruise between Europe and Asia, past the bridges, palaces and waterfront mansions.
Our 24-metre yacht, built in 2025, departs from Bebek. With an indoor salon, spacious open decks, a sound system and a TV screen, you can host presentations and speeches as well as dinners and cocktail receptions on the same cruise. We plan every detail with you, from the menu to the running order, and we issue a corporate invoice.

Food and catering: private chef or your own caterer
Your menu is prepared by our private chef to suit your event: a seated dinner, cocktail canapés, lunch or meeting-break refreshments. If your company works with its own catering company, they are welcome to come on board and serve. We agree the menu, serving times and service style with you while preparing your quote.
Technical equipment: sound system and TV
The yacht has a sound system and a TV screen for opening speeches, company presentations, product videos or award ceremonies. We set up the microphone, music and presentation flow with you before the event.

Who prepares the food? Can we bring our own caterer?
Our private chef prepares a menu tailored to your event. If your company works with its own catering company, they can come on board and serve; we plan the details together while preparing your quote.

How much does a corporate yacht charter cost?

Where does the yacht depart from?
Corporate cruises depart from Bebek. Transfers from your office or hotel to the pier can be arranged on request.
How does payment work?
Your date is confirmed with a deposit, usually 30% of the total; the balance can be paid before the event by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the captain considers the weather or sea conditions unsafe, the event is moved to a new date or fully refunded.
